Functional Fungi offers a full line of certified organic, multi-patented mushroom powders produced in its US-based, large scale indoor growing, drying and manufacturing operation.
Functional Fungi mushrooms are grown utilizing multiple patented and patent pending processes including the use of a high antioxidant (anthocyanin) substrate, purple corn, compared to other brands that use inert or nutrient poor substrates like oat, rice, millet, and sawdust.
